Allen Park Harley with custom painted skulls stolen A man is out of his 2012 Harley-Davidson motorcycle covered with custom painted skulls after the bike was reportedly stolen from in front of his house in the 7200 block of Osage July 11. He told police the motorcycle was parked on his lawn for two days and that it was still there at 1 a.m. July 11, but at 6:45 a.m. the motorcycle was gone along with more than $800 in leather gear, a GPS, a $300 radio and an iPod Touch. Allen Park The lure of the 10 cent deposit When someone alerted a loss prevention officer at Meijer, 3565 Fairlane Drive, to an employee possibly stealing, he began surveying the person. Surveillance revealed the 24-year-old Ecorse man, a bottle attendant at the store, allegedly had embezzled more than $150 by taking bottles that were already processed and sending them back through the bottle return. Dearborn Woman cited for firework use A 25-year-old woman was cited and released for the illegal discharging of fireworks at a house in the 3300 block of Edsel just after midnight June 30.
