The Dearborn Heights Chamber of Commerce once again will hold its annual Family Fun Day & Business Open House on Aug. 2. The chamber and the Dearborn Heights Police Department have teamed up to offer local families an alternative to crime and drugs for children. CHAMBER GOLF OUTING MOVED TO SEPTEMBER
The Dearborn Heights Chamber of Commerce has moved its Jinny Darwish Commemorative Golf Outing — traditionally held the Friday after Father’s Day — to the last Tuesday in September, which is Sept. 27 this year. The outing, named after Darwish — the first chamber executive director and Dearborn Heights resident — is a long-standing tradition for the chamber.
