TAYLOR — A woman left Rose Nail Salon, 23481 Eureka Road, on Sept. 15 without paying her $145 bill, after her credit card was declined.

She left her driver’s license as a sign of good faith, but had not returned with a payment by the morning of Sept. 18, which is when a representative from the nail salon filed a police report.

The woman then went to the salon that night to pay her bill, and the complainant said they would no longer seek prosecution.
