WYANDOTTE — A defective equipment traffic stop resulted in the arrest of a passenger with outstanding warrants and a backpack with a loaded revolver and an open bottle of vodka.
The firearm was registered to a deceased person, and the individual in possession of it did not have a concealed pistol permit. They were subsequently charged with carrying a concealed weapon.
