LINCOLN PARK — A man who left a drawstring bag containing personal property in the pavilion at Council Point Park the afternoon of July 9 when it started to rain discovered the bag was missing when he drove back to retrieve it.
Among the items stolen were cash, a Cash App card, a Bridge card, house keys, and two prescription medication bottles.
