WYANDOTTE — A 35-year-old Detroit man was arrested the night of July 15 and charged with fleeing and eluding, possession of crystal meth, driving with a suspended license and for his third habitual offender notice.

The man was first seen speeding on a motorcycle while northbound on Fort Street near Quarry Road. The man refused to stop, and continued to drive 90 mph while tossing aside what appeared to be bags of crystal meth.

When he attempted to enter I-75 at Schaefer Road, he lost control of his motorcycle and wiped out in the nearby grass.

When the man was arrested, crystal meth was located in his pocket.
