DEARBORN — A man was arrested for shoplifting as he exited CVS, 2701 Telegraph Road ,the morning of July 19 after store personnel saw him filling his pockets with merchandise.
The man, who had prior theft convictions, was found to have outstanding arrest warrants. His bicycle, which he drove to the scene, was stored for safekeeping.
Surveillance footage of the man concealing items on his person while inside the store were turned over to police personnel.
