ALLEN PARK — A 19-year-old woman reported that the black 2025 Kia K4 car she had parked at Bigby Coffee, 23190 W. Outer Drive, had incurred a damaged front bumper during a hit-and-run incident.
A witness said the damage was done by the driver of a silver newer-model Jeep, who subsequently fled the scene. There were no other leads.
