TRENTON – A vehicle broke a railroad crossing gate arm shortly before 4 p.m. July 15 on northbound Fort Street north of Van Horn Road.

No injuries were reported, and the gate arm was repaired within the hour.

Police Department officials did not respond to a request for an incident report prior to deadline.

The Fort Street and Van Horn Road area is a high traffic area where an overpass above the railroad tracks will be designed and constructed over the next four years.
