ALLEN PARK — A 41-year-old woman reported that, per a witness, her blue Chevrolet Silverado was sideswiped by a young woman driving a black Jeep Wrangler.
The witness provided police officers with photos and the Jeep’s license plate number.
The vehicle was registered to an Allen Park resident, who said their daughter, who lives at another location, uses the vehicle. Police officers then went to the woman’s address, and she admitted to damaging the victim’s pickup and leaving the scene. She was subsequently cited for leaving the scene in which vehicle damage occurred.
