ALLEN PARK — A man who ordered a large Cali Quesadilla and a small fountain drink at El Jalapeno Mexican Restaurant, 4939 Allen Road, said he was unable to pay his tab because the money he thought he had with him must have fallen out of his pocket during a bus ride to the location.
A police officer was dispatched to the location, and cited him for defrauding an innkeeper. Since he had no money for a return bus trip, he was given a courtesy ride to his residence.
