TAYLOR — A woman who claims she was physically assaulted by a man she doesn’t live with but with whom she has had an intimate relationship reported May 4 that he physically attacked her when a verbal argument escalated.

The responding police officers did not see any physical marks on her body to indicate that she was physically attacked.

The woman said the man uses her address for his mail.

Police officers went to the man’s residence and advised him to change his mailing address and to cease all contact with the woman.

Both the man and the woman agreed to separate indefinitely.
