DEARBORN — A Dearborn woman was cited for third degree retail fraud and theft and banned from Target, 15901 Ford Road, after she was recorded on surveillance camera footage the evening of April 1 concealing items collectively valued at $174 inside her jacket and attempting to leave the store without rendering payment.

Loss prevention personnel provided police officers with a thumb drive with surveillance camera footage of the theft.
