MELVINDALE — A resident reported the night of April 13 that her neighbors were driving their vehicles at a high rate of speed and performing burnouts on their residential street, which she said has been an ongoing issue.
The accused said the complainant was making social media posts about her family and their vehicles, which she categorized as harassment.
The responding police officers advised the complaining neighbor to take video of the reckless driving if it happens again so they can follow up with proof.
