WYANDOTTE — A man jumped out of a vehicle at a stoplight and started pounding his fist on the windshield of a nearby vehicle on Biddle Avenue near Alkali Street the night of March 29 in what the victim said was an unprovoked attack.

The attacker tugged on the victim’s vehicle door as well, but it was locked. The man then jumped back in the passenger seat of the nearby vehicle, and the driver sped off south on Biddle Avenue.

The windshield was heavily damaged. Blood from the man’s fist was found on the windshield and was sent out for DNA testing.
