RIVERVIEW — A 27-year-old Taylor woman was subject to a traffic stop the night of March 28 when she was seen driving north on Quarry Road without headlines on.

The woman said the car belonged to her boyfriend, and admitted that she did not have a valid driver’s license.

A query in the Law Enforcement Information System revealed that the vehicle was uninsured and her driver’s license was suspended. She also had active warrants from several local law enforcement agencies.

The vehicle was impounded and towed, and the woman was cited for driving with a suspended license and without vehicle insurance. She was then given a courtesy ride to her residence.
