LINCOLN PARK — Tools stolen from a man’s work van parked in the 400 block of Garfield Avenue were brought to the victim’s attention the night of Jan. 19 by a neighbor whose security camera recorded the theft.
The surveillance camera footage showed a Black male driving a newer model black Jeep Cherokee stealing a chainsaw, an electric drill and a hedge trimmer from a white 2015 Ford Transit van.
