SOUTHGATE — A young woman driving south on Fort Street with a learner’s permit was hit by another driver the evening of Feb. 3 who was exiting a funeral home parking lot onto southbound Fort Street.
The other driver, a woman in her 30s with shoulder length brown hair, was driving a white or gray four-door sedan when she scraped the rear passenger side of the victim’s car with her vehicle’s front end before fleeing south on Fort Street without stopping at the scene.
