LINCOLN PARK — The front storm door of a house in the 1300 block of Cicotte Avenue was damaged when a group of people pounded on the door late at night then ran away down the street.
The victim said it was likely a prank by the five people she saw running west on Cicotte toward Fort Street, but she wanted to file a police report so she can document the source of the damage for her landlord.
