DEARBORN — A black 2016 Chrysler 300 was impounded and towed the night of Dec. 31 after its driver, a Madison Heights woman, was seen doing doughnuts in the public parking lot northeast of the intersection of Schaefer Road and Michigan Avenue.

The maneuvers were done in close proximity to other vehicles in the parking lot. The woman was cited for reckless driving and released at the scene.
