RIVERVIEW — A 35-year-old Hamtramck man who was subject to a traffic stop when he made a prohibited right turn at a red light from eastbound Pennsylvania Road to Fort Street was subsequently cited for driving with a suspended license.
The vehicle was impounded and towed, and the man was released at the scene.
