RIVERVIEW — Using a turn lane to pass other traffic at the intersection of southbound Fort Street and Pennsylvania Road triggered a traffic stop the afternoon of Oct. 29 for a 25-year-old Lincoln Park man.

The driver, whose license was suspended, had 11 active warrants with local agencies, including some for failure to appear after driving with a suspended license.

The vehicle was impounded and towed, and he was cited for driving with a suspended license.
