SOUTHGATE — A broken window and damaged siding were reported Nov. 3 by a resident in the 13000 block of Castle Avenue.
The victim said he suspects his neighbor of the vandalism, whom he believes stole an air conditioner from the property in the past.
The responding police officers found rocks and other objects in the complainant’s yard that could have been thrown at the house and caused the damage.
The implicated neighbor, when reached by phone, said he was not home at the time that the damage allegedly occurred.
