TAYLOR — A Taurus 380 pistol was reported missing on Oct. 31 by a 45-year-old woman who had evicted her long-term male companion from her residence the week before.
She said they had a history of domestic violence, and she believes he took the gun when he moved out. She did not have his new address or phone number.
The woman said she wanted to report the missing gun out of concern for her safety.
The gun was entered into the Law Enforcement Information Network as stolen.
