WYANDOTTE — An expired license plate that prompted a traffic stop the night of Oct. 25 near Fort Street and Ford Avenue resulted in a 24-year-old Garden City woman being cited for having an alcoholic beverage in her cupholder, an expired vehicle registration and no vehicle insurance.
