WYANDOTTE — A driver swerving between lanes at 3:10 a.m. Oct. 27 on Fort Street near Quarry Road was subject to a traffic stop that resulted in the 25-year-old Detroit man’s arrest for drunken driving.
The driver smelled of intoxicants and declined to perform standardized field sobriety tests or submit to a preliminary breath test. He also had several open bottles of alcohol on the front seat of his vehicle.
