HEIGHTS — A new garden hose and reel collectively valued at $150 were stolen the evening of Oct. 25 by the complainant’s neighbor, as documented by Ring camera footage.
The two women had allegedly been arguing for the past month about undisclosed issues. A police officer spoke to both parties and determined that it was a civil dispute.
