LINCOLN PARK — The steering column of a red 2019 Kia Forte was reported damaged by an unsuccessful hot-wiring attempt the morning of Aug. 31 in the 1500 block of Chandler Avenue.
The victim said she locked the vehicle after unloading her groceries the evening before.
Three nearby neighbors have surveillance cameras that may have captured footage of the vandal.
