RIVERVIEW — A check of a license plate on the night of Nov. 6 revealed that the driver had a suspended license and that the vehicle, a silver Dodge Journey, was uninsured.

The driver said she knew she had an unpaid traffic ticket, but she did not know that its overdue nature had impacted the status of her driver’s license.

The traffic stop, which occurred on Pennsylvania Road near Fordline Street, resulted in the vehicle being impounded and towed.
