WYANDOTTE — A 41-year-old Lincoln Park woman who was swerving lanes near Fort Street and Goddard Road at midnight Oct. 26 was subject to a traffic stop that resulted in the arrest of a passenger for lying to police officers about their name, for possessing drug paraphernalia and for having an active arrest warrant.

The driver, who did not have her license with her, had narcotic accessories in her pocket. There was also suspicious white residue inside the vehicle.

The passenger was taken into custody for fraudulent schemes and disguises, drug paraphernalia and the active arrest warrant, while the driver was released with a verbal warning.
