TRENTON — The night of Oct. 3 multiple residents of an apartment building filed noise complaints against a couple in their building who were repeatedly making loud moaning and other sounds generally associated with the throes of passion.
The investigating police officer heard the sounds emanating from the apartment, and compared them to the noise that accompanies pornographic material.
The noisemakers did not respond to repeated door knocks made by the investigating officer.
