ALLEN PARK — A male shoplifter fled Target, 3100 Fairlane Drive, on a bicycle after taking $250 to $300 worth of men’s underwear and socks, which he stowed in his backpack.
The man was described as a bearded black male wearing a gray hooded sweat shirt, a blue Nike hat, dark-colored jeans and white shoes.
