LINCOLN PARK — A man on a bicycle struck the front passenger bumper of a black 2013 Ford F-150 that was stopped at a stop sign on Hanford Avenue at Fort Street the afternoon of Aug. 7 and stole the front passenger bumper cover after inspecting the undamaged bumper and taking a photo of the vehicle’s license plate.

The man on the bicycle told the truck occupants that he was not injured by hitting the bumper.

The owner of the pickup said they needed a police report to document the theft of the bumper cover.
