DEARBORN — A driver who was doing doughnuts on northbound Greenfield Road at Michigan Avenue in a black 2022 Cadillac CT4, and who nearly struck another vehicle the night of Sept. 2 was charged with reckless driving.
The driver’s car was impounded and towed. The man, who had a history of reckless behavior, was told to establish a court appearance date within 14 days.
