MELVINDALE — A woman living in the Gale Gardens Apartment complex reported Aug. 2 that her brother had borrowed her white 2013 Dodge Avenger on June 23 and despite repeated phone calls had failed to return it.
She said she was officially ready to report the vehicle as stolen.
An investigation revealed that the vehicle license plate was captured by a traffic cam being towed on westbound Outer Drive.
