SOUTHGATE — A woman living in the 17000 block of Rudgate Street reported the morning of July 15 that her Ring doorbell cam showed two people at 2:31 a.m. looking through the windows of her Kia Soul, which was parked on the street in front of her house.
The two people, of indeterminate gender, were dressed in hoodies and shorts. There was no damage to her vehicle, and nothing was taken, but she wanted to document the incident. The surveillance camera footage was sent to the investigating police officer via email.
