RIVERVIEW — A white 2020 Dodge Ram was reported stolen the morning of Aug. 4 from the 18000 block of Country Club Drive.
The vehicle was unlocked, with the keys left in the cab.
The victim said an AirTag tracking device in the pickup had last pinged on I-96 near Grand River Avenue in Detroit.
A neighbor’s surveillance video may have recorded the theft.
The Brownstown Township police said the pickup was used in conjunction with a white Buick Century to steal a vehicle that night in their jurisdiction, and indicated that the Buick was the lead vehicle.
