RIVERVIEW — A 25-year-old Lincoln Park man was subject to a traffic stop the morning of July 14 when a police officer on southbound Fort Street near Sibley Road noticed that the license plate had an expired sticker.

The man’s driver’s license was found to be suspended, the registration was expired and the vehicle was uninsured, so it was impounded and towed.
