MELVINDALE — On March 30, a 54-year-old man said his 48-year-old neighbor, whom he had gotten drunk with, was fighting with him over the last of the booze and refusing to leave his apartment.
The responding police officer observed that the apartment was in disarray, possibly from a struggle, and that the complainant had a red mark near his eye.
Neither man wanted to press charges, and they agreed to stay apart from each other if they couldn’t get along.
