HEIGHTS — A Dearborn Heights man reported Feb. 24 that a Home Depot credit card issued by Citibank, but not requested by him, arrived in the mail at his home address.

He said he called Citibank and was told that an unknown person applied for the card in person at the Home Depot on Mercury Drive in Dearborn, and had charged $7,814.60 in purchases to the card.
