RIVERVIEW — A 28-year-old Lincoln Park woman who had borrowed her sister’s vehicle Jan. 28 was cited for driving with a suspended license when the vehicle was spotted on Quarry Road with an expired license plate.
The woman had nine prior citations for driving with a suspended license. In addition, the vehicle was not insured, so it was impounded and towed, and the license plate destroyed.
