TAYLOR — A 51-year-old Taylor man and his 42-year-old wife filed a complaint against their former neighbor, a 58-year-old Concord, Mich., man, whom they said has called both of them numerous times on their cell phones and voiced threats when he got through.
The man said the former neighbor threatened to violate their daughter. The complainant had filed a police report against the man in the past, and he said he was willing to press charges for the current harassment.
