WYANDOTTE — A 39-year-old River Rouge woman who became disruptive and refused to pay her tab at 2:25 a.m. Dec. 8 at a business in the 500 block of Ford Avenue was eventually charged with disorderly conduct and taken into custody.

Despite the responding police officer’s attempt to de-escalate the situation, the woman’s behavior became increasingly unruly.

A search revealed that she had 40 opioid pain pills in her possession, as well as some crushed Adderall tablets.

A preliminary breath test was administered, and the woman had a blood-alcohol content that was twice the 0.08 limit for legally drunk in Michigan.
