WYANDOTTE — A 33-year-old Westland man was arrested Dec. 6 for felony possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license following a traffic stop initiated for lack of vehicle insurance.
The vehicle smelled strongly of alcohol, and when the police officer asked the man to step out of his car, he saw cocaine powder on the seat, floorboard and the man’s pants.
