ALLEN PARK — A woman who was seen on surveillance camera footage the evening of Nov. 29 switching tags on merchandise to scan them at a lower price was apprehended Nov. 30 when she returned to Target, 3100 Fairlane Drive, and attempted to leave with merchandise without rendering payment.
The initial recorded theft was for women’s and children’s sweaters and intimate apparel.
