ALLEN PARK — A man who attempted to walk out of Target, 3100 Fairlane Drive, the afternoon of Dec. 1 with clothing items collectively valued at $79 was detained by loss prevention personnel pending the arrival of police officers.
The man was advised that if he returned to the store in the future he would be arrested for trespassing. He was then cited for retail fraud and released at the scene.
