LINCOLN PARK — A recycling bin disappeared after being emptied into the collection truck the morning of Oct. 21 on Cloverlawn Avenue.
Surveillance camera footage showed the bin being emptied at 9:20 a.m., then missing at 9:21 a.m., but did not show how the container vanished. The resident was given a police report number to facilitate replacement of the recycling bin.
