WYANDOTTE — A 40-year-old Southgate man was arrested Nov. 5 following an assault involving a steak knife in the 2900 block of Biddle.
His victim said he was having a normal conversation with the man until politics came up, at which time the man lunged at him with a steak knife. He said he managed to subdue the suspect, who then fled.
The man was later arrested with the help of a neighboring police department.
