WYANDOTTE — A 38-year-old Dearborn Heights man riding his bicycle in circles in the middle of the road near Fort and Antoine streets the night of Oct. 26 without lights or reflectors fled on his bicycle across all the lanes of Fort Street when he saw a police vehicle approaching.

The man abandoned his bicycle behind a business and attempted to flee on foot, but was apprehended when he attempted to climb a fence.

He resisted arrest, and had to be overpowered to be handcuffed, and continued his defiant, unruly behavior during booking.
