MELVINDALE — A 42-year-old Lincoln Park man who was found to be the at-fault driver in a car/semi-truck crash on Dix Road at Wabash Avenue the afternoon of Oct. 24 was found to have never acquired a driver’s license and was driving without insurance for his 2010 Toyota Corolla.

The man was turning left from the southbound lane of Wabash Avenue onto northbound Dix Road when he hit a semi-truck that was in the curb lane and stopped while waiting to turn onto Wabash.
